Job Description:
A company is looking for a Long Term Services and Supports
(LTSS) Specialist who is Spanish bilingual and can work remotely in
Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to determine the level of supports and services
required for program participants
Communicate recommendations regarding participant needs to MCO
representatives and educate on available options
Document client encounters and maintain knowledge of home and
community-based services and regulations
Required Qualifications:
Unrestricted OTA or PTA license
Fluent in Spanish
2+ years of experience in social services or healthcare
Experience working with people with disabilities and seniors
Knowledge of home and community-based service systems
