Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Security to establish and
drive their security strategy across operations, software, and data
protection.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic information security plan aligned
with business goals
Conduct risk assessments and lead the organization's response to
security incidents
Oversee security operations, including monitoring threats and
managing security tools
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Cybersecurity, or related field
10+ years of experience in information security, with at least 5
years in a leadership role
Direct experience with software platforms and compliance with SOC2,
HIPAA, and GDPR
Proven experience in developing and implementing security
strategies
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity trends and mitigation
strategies
