Produce Team Leadership OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our produce department.Key Responsibilities:

Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of produce specialists.
Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a positive store image.
Monitor and achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
Maintain proper product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control.
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with department leaders and vendors.Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail experience, including 1+ year of team leadership experience.
- Advanced knowledge of produce, buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Food safety certification.
- Excellent interpersonal, motivational, and customer relationship skills.
