Job Description:
A company is looking for a Resi Multi State Reader to join their
team.
Key Responsibilities:
Read, review, and analyze abstracts for vesting information and
liens affecting property title
Examine various legal documents to clear title issues
Complete curative requests for previous chain of title issues
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as a Reader
Strong knowledge of Title Insurance
Knowledge of SoftPro Select is a plus
Great time management skills
Ability to work in both team-oriented and self-directed
environments
