About The Role:
As a CBRE Property Condition & Evaluation Analyst, you will prepare
basic Property Condition Reports and note deficiencies observed by
a professional in architecture, engineering, or construction
management.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the Property Condition Assessor
position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the
Property Condition Assessor position is $72,800 annually. The
compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend
on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This
role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance,
Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
