About The Role:

As a CBRE Property Condition & Evaluation Analyst, you will prepare basic Property Condition Reports and note deficiencies observed by a professional in architecture, engineering, or construction management.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with coordinating walk-through surveys to assess the condition of the property.
• Interview property owners, occupants, and other key members to collect information.
• Document repair costs, occupancy, maintenance and inspection reports, and more.
• Take photographs of property systems and their condition.
• Prepare estimated costs for repairs and improvements.
• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding.

  • Bachelor's Degree with major in Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management required.
  • 3+ years of commercial building evaluation or commercial design experience preferred.
  • General understanding of building systems, including: site work, structural, building envelope, and MEP.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Property Condition Assessor position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Property Condition Assessor position is $72,800 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
