Performs a wide range of administrative and office support duties associated with vehicle documentation, such as titles, registrations, license plates, and other vehicle or owner information. Helps with inventory tracking, record keeping, and reporting, as well as managing contractual documentation with numerous financial institutions. All responsibilities will be performed in a professional mannerism which positively affects the customer's (internal and external) perception of the dealership.
