Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Business Partner
who provides guidance and support on employee relations
matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and conflicts,
ensuring fair and timely resolutions
Advise on performance issues and ADA reasonable accommodation
requests while collaborating with subject matter experts
Serve as a confidential advisor to employees and managers,
facilitating training on workplace matters
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR, Legal, or
a related field
In-depth knowledge of employment law
Demonstrated experience as an investigator (preferred)
Proficient in HRIS systems, preferably Workday, and Microsoft
Office Suite (preferred)
