Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Analytics Lead to leverage
data for strategic decision-making and product improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Mine data for insights to inform critical business decisions and
product enhancements
Define KPIs, create dashboards, and roll them out across the
organization
Collaborate with business stakeholders and support operations to
maximize the effectiveness of licensed insurance sales agents
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in analysis-heavy roles
Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel/Google
Sheets
Expert SQL knowledge
Experience with Looker/LookML or other data visualization tools
Fintech, insurtech, or insurance industry experience is a plus
