Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Advocate to provide
exceptional service and support to customers in a remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound sales and service calls, consulting customers on
their contact lens purchases
Maintain high performance metrics including revenue per call and
quality of service
Proactively communicate with team members and managers in a virtual
work environment
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent experience
2-3 years minimum customer service experience
Reliable internet connection with specified speeds
A private, dedicated workplace free from interruptions
Ability to work scheduled shifts consistently and punctually
