As they grow their detailed database of more than 20 million active American donors, they're looking for an experienced React developer to join them in building the next generation of data analysis infrastructure and tools in the political space.If you choose to embark on this adventure with them, your responsibilities will include leading front-end development projects and mentoring junior developers. You will architect and implement complex web interfaces while collaborating with UX/UI designers, internal analysts, and back-end developers. Additionally, you'll work closely with their digital fundraisers and fundraising strategists to create an intuitive platform for data analytics used by internal teams and external clients.What's required to qualify for an interview?

• Leadership & Policy Interest: You're a team player who maintains high performance standards and operates in the best interests of the organization and clients. Experience on Capitol Hill or with politically-focused agencies is a plus.
• Experience with B2B SaaS: You excel at building B2B SaaS products with aggressive development roadmaps.
• Problem-Solving Skills: You proactively identify challenges and develop solutions, focusing on big-picture progress.
• Adaptability: You thrive in nimble environments, adjusting quickly to changing circumstances and opportunities.
