Job Description:
The General Manager position at Sag Harbor Tavern demands a

of standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing the restaurant to ensure seamless
service
- Running pre-shift meetings to align the team
- Managing beverage inventory, orders, and deliveries to optimize
efficiency
- Leading the bar team to provide exceptional wine, beer, and
cocktail experiences
- Actively selling and retrieving wine during service to enhance
revenue
- Supporting the host and service team to deliver exceptional
guest experiences
- Forming and maintaining relationships with guests to foster
loyalty
- Enforcing policies and protocols to ensure consistency
- Running nightly reports to analyze performance
- Scheduling staff to meet business needs
- Training new staff to develop their skills
- Preparing for DOH inspections to maintain compliance
- Processing credit card and cash payments to ensure accuracySag
