Executive Sous Chef Job Description
We are seeking a talented Executive Sous Chef to join our team at
Buddakan - New York. As a key member of our management team, you
will play a crucial role in creating exceptional dining experiences
for our guests. Your passion for Asian cuisine and ability to lead
a high-volume kitchen will be instrumental in driving our
success.
Key Responsibilities:
--- Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless
service
--- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and preparation
--- Manage kitchen inventory and ordering
--- Develop and implement cost-control strategies
--- Collaborate with the management team to drive restaurant
success
Requirements:
--- 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience in high-volume
food-focused operations
--- Motivational leadership qualities, including the ability to
inspire, teach, and coach employees
--- Excellent time management skills and supervisory skills in a
large space
--- Ability to drive the success of service by supporting
expediting and staff shortages
