Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are expanding our management team at Momoya UWS, a renowned Japanese restaurant in the Upper West Side. The ideal candidate for this Floor Manager position will possess at least 5 years of restaurant management experience, a DOH food handler's certification, and a strong understanding of Japanese cuisine and beverage knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure seamless service delivery and uphold exceptional service standards
Oversee human resources management, staff training, and scheduling
Manage financial reporting, inventory, and facility maintenance
Develop and implement effective guest management strategies

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of restaurant management experience
- DOH food handler's certification
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverage
