Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Culinary Assistant to join our team at Chartwells K12 - Union R-XI. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various food items, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and cooking: Learn to read menu to estimate food requirements, order food from suppliers, and prepare and cook food in accordance with company production records and standardized recipes.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards: Ensure that all kitchen areas and equipment are clean and sanitized, and that food is handled and stored properly.
• Provide exceptional customer service: Interact with customers and coworkers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner. Requirements
