OverviewThe Heritage Grand Bakery is seeking a skilled Floor Manager to join our team. As a Floor Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our restaurant by leading the team to provide exceptional service to our guests.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the restaurant team to provide engaging service to guests in a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Assist the General Manager in team development, training, and overall success of the restaurant.
  • Perform floor managerial duties as required by the restaurant.
  • Maintain high service standards and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Adhere to company standards and protocols.
  • Assist in restaurant staff training, enforcement of policies and procedures, performance management, development, and team building.
  • Administer scheduling and manage workstations.Requirements
    • Minimum two years of progressively responsible experience in the restaurant industry.
    • Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members.
    • Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Benefits
