Job Description:

Lead a culinary team of 76 in a high-volume, production kitchen with experience in catering and prepared foods. Collaborate with Eli to maintain classic dishes, create new recipes and ensure consistency across locations and menus.Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a kitchen team
  • Oversee kitchen operations, food quality and inventory management
  • Develop and maintain recipes, techniques and menu standards
  • Manage labor costs, budget and culinary aspects of profit and loss statement
  • Sourcing and maintaining relationships with high-quality vendorsRequirements:
    • 5+ years of culinary experience, preferably in high-volume kitchensBenefits:

        • Monday to Friday, with weekend availability
