As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for crafting menus that redefine the culinary landscape of New York's social scene.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative menu concepts that showcase the best of seasonal ingredients.
  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team, ensuring seamless execution of food production and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a lean and efficient kitchen operation, adhering to company policies and NYS standards.
  • Source high-quality ingredients from reputable suppliers, optimizing cost and quality.
  • Analyze food production costs, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Train and develop staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive member satisfaction.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
    • Food Handler's certification and strong knowledge of NYS sanitation regulations.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of staff development and retention.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
