Job Description:
As a Sous Chef I, you assist with the overall success of the
food program and oversee culinary functions. You will assist in
planning, ordering, inventory, and food preparation, adhering to
client, Health Department, and company guidelines. Your role
includes motivating, training, and directing back of house
associates to meet customer, client, and management
expectations.
