  • Proven high-level cooking techniques and practices
  • Extensive knowledge of food ingredients and industry trends
  • Standardized recipe development and documentation procedures
  • Experience with kitchen operational systems, including ordering, receiving, line checks, production schedules, and more
  • Creativity and understanding of classic and regional cuisines
  • Banquet and catering experience
  • Familiarity with various cooking equipment, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance
  • Understanding of facility maintenance and best practices
  • Knowledge of food safety and health code compliance laws, including a current ServSafe certificationLeadership Qualifications:
    • Reputable experience and positive referrals
    • Positive and enthusiastic disposition, reliability, and high integrity
