exceptional Sous Chef to join our team.As a key member of our

development from team members.Culinary Qualifications:
- Proven high-level cooking techniques and practices
- Extensive knowledge of food ingredients and industry
trends
- Standardized recipe development and documentation
procedures
- Experience with kitchen operational systems, including
ordering, receiving, line checks, production schedules, and
more
- Creativity and understanding of classic and regional
cuisines
- Banquet and catering experience
- Familiarity with various cooking equipment, troubleshooting,
and routine maintenance
- Understanding of facility maintenance and best practices
- Knowledge of food safety and health code compliance laws,
including a current ServSafe certificationLeadership
Qualifications:
- Reputable experience and positive referrals
