Job Description:As a Line Cook in our brigade-style kitchen, you
will play a pivotal role in helping us define the language,
systems, and culture of our new restaurant. You will be responsible
for executing dishes and prep, maintaining safe and sanitary
workstations, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve
high standards.• Required Skills and Qualifications:We are seeking
individuals with a minimum of 1 year of line position experience in
a fine dining establishment. You should possess strong knife
skills, plating techniques, and a sense of urgency, as well as the
ability to learn and follow recipes. A set of personal tools,
including chef knives, petty knife, slicer, and other essential
equipment, is also required. Additionally, you should be able to
work in a team environment, take feedback well, and maintain a
