more.We are now seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Executive to
join our team and contribute to the success of our growing
restaurant group. As a key member of our management team, this
individual will be responsible for leading our hourly staff,
ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and maintaining the
highest standards of quality and service.Job DescriptionKey
Responsibilities
- Under the guidance of the General Manager, oversee the
management of hourly restaurant staff, including scheduling,
performance evaluations, and training programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction,
ensuring that all interactions are positive and memorable.
- Monitor and maintain standards for product quality and service,
ensuring that they are consistently met and exceeded.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing staff, providing
timely coaching and feedback to ensure their growth and
success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring
that our business needs are met and that we receive the best
possible value.
- Conduct regular reviews of liquor and labor costs, identifying
areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize
expenses.
- Prepare and submit nightly reports on service, sales, labor,
and liquor costs, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Ensure that our restaurants are always clean, well-maintained,
and meet or exceed Schulson Collective standards.Supervisory
ResponsibilityThis position is directly responsible for leading and
managing hourly staff within assigned restaurants.Physical
DemandsThe employee must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds
occasionally and push or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally. The
employee will spend more than 4 hours daily standing or
walking.RequirementsEducation and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management, Hospitality
Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management, with a
proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of industry trends, menu creation, coaching/training,
and building restaurant management teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, DolceClock, Toast,
and Resy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving
skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and days, with a strong
commitment to teamwork.Join our dynamic team of professionals and

$80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits
