Job Title: Pastry ArtisanWe are seeking a skilled Pastry Artisan to join our team at --picerie Boulud - Commissary, the restaurant group for Chef Daniel Boulud. As a Pastry Artisan, you will be responsible for the production of French Pastries, including Eclairs, Meringues, whipped ganaches, pastry cream, Ice Cream, cakes, cookies, canneles, and professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures.Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment throughout the shift in accordance with Health Department and Dinex standards
  • Maintain a high level of food quality and standards established by the Executive Chef
  • Keep waste to a minimum and discard spoiled food products from the station in accordance with company procedures
