With a focus on blending classic American steakhouse elegance with the sophistication of Parisian fine dining, La T--te d'Or offers an exceptional opportunity for a culinary professional to grow and thrive in a dynamic environment.About the Role:As an Experienced Line Cook at La T--te d'Or, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing high-quality dishes on various kitchen stations, including Saucier, Hot Appetizer, R--tisseur, Garde-manger, Entrem--tier, Poissonnier, and Soupe. You will work closely with the Chef, Sous Chef, and Chef de Partie to ensure seamless service and maintain the high standards of the restaurant.Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with managers and colleagues to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain exceptional production levels, adhering to the Executive Chef's standards.
• Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to Health Department and restaurant standards.
• Maintain the highest level of food quality, aligning with the Executive Chef's expectations.
• Minimize waste and discard spoiled food products in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform all essential duties during high-volume and high-pressure services.
• Follow instructions from the Chef, Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie throughout service.
• Adapt to changes and recognize instructions from the Chef or Sous Chef during the shift.
• Able to stand for extended periods.Requirements:
