Hot Line Cook Job Description
Koloman, a contemporary European restaurant, seeks a skilled Hot
Line Cook to join their dynamic team. As a Hot Line Cook, you will
be responsible for preparing and delivering menu items in a timely
and efficient manner, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
--- Prepare food items using recipe instructions, proper portioning
methods, and cooking standards to fulfill guests' orders.
--- Maintain a clean and organized workstation while preparing food
that results in return guests.
--- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve a fast-paced and
efficient kitchen environment.
Requirements:
--- Culinary degree (preferred), with at least 2 years of related
work experience or an equivalent combination of education and
experience.
--- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
--- Ability to work a flexible schedule and on holidays.
