Job Description:
As a Sous Chef II, you assist with the overall success of the
food program and oversee culinary functions. This includes
planning, ordering, inventory, and food preparation, adhering to
client, health department, and company standards. You motivate,
train, and develop back of house associates, preparing and cooking
foods to satisfy customers, clients, and management.
