Prepare and execute menu items, seasonal specials, and to-go orders to LPQ standards. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, assist with dish cleaning, and follow cleaning checklists.

  • Use proper tools, equipment, and ingredients
  • Follow opening, mid, and closing procedures
  • Complete cleaning and food safety checklistsRequirements:
    • 1 or 3 months of related restaurant experience or training
    • Previous knife-handling experience a plus
    • Flexibility in schedule is preferred
    • Ability to be cross-trained in all kitchen areas
    • Ability to speak, read, and understand primary language(s)
