Job Description:
Responsible for setting up and organizing work area with
necessary supplies and equipment, receiving and inspecting food
products, preparing and storing raw food products properly,
following standardized recipes, adhering to portion control
guidelines, plating foods according to established guidelines,
monitoring finished product waiting to ensure timely service, and
ensuring quality product prepared in a timely manner. Maintains
cleanliness and excellent condition of equipment and work area,
complies with required safety regulations, and executes emergency
procedures in accordance with hotel standards. Must have High
School Diploma, one year cooking experience, thorough knowledge of
Food Service Sanitation Standards, and ability to stand, stoop,
bend, lift, and carry up to 35 pounds. Assumes flexibility to work
