You have a strong passion for food and technique, with opportunities to build skills and grow as a leader in the kitchen.

• Demonstrate baking and pastry techniques, production, and kitchen equipment usage.
• Ensure station mise en place is prepped, seasoned, and ready by the beginning of service.
• Maintain a sound working knowledge of seasonal ingredients and learn new ones used in our cuisine.
• Participate in a professionally run service period, restocking stations as needed and performing last-minute prep.
• Communicate effectively with all teams throughout the day and service.
• Maintain an orderly and neat work area, promoting food quality and reducing waste.
• Support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality.We're looking for:
  • 1+ years experience as a Pastry Cook.
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods.
  • English fluency and additional languages preferred.You'll get:
