Job Description:

Lead Culinary leader for Catria location of Concrete Hospitality Group, responsible for all food and beverage operations, menu development, and staff management.


  • Oversee food and beverage production, ensuring quality, cost control, and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Recruit, train, and manage culinary staff, implementing controls to minimize waste and theft.
  • Develop seasonal menus in collaboration with the culinary director and upper management.
  • Manage labor costs, food costs, and procurement to achieve maximum profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a Health Department Grade A Health Code.
  • Hold NYS Sanitation Certification and other related certifications.
  • Lead pre-shift meetings, oversee culinary education, and inspire excellence and team morale.
  • Maintain a positive and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and standards.
