Job Description:

We are seeking a weekday host for Monday (4p-10p) and Tuesday (4p-10p) evenings. The host position is vital, serving as the first point of contact and interaction with patrons, setting expectations, and addressing questions and concerns. Key responsibilities include:

Managing reservations and ensuring seamless patron experiences
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing concerns
Collaborating with the team to maintain a welcoming atmosphereIdeal candidates will have experience with TOCK reservation system and reliable transportation. National Mechanics is conveniently located off of 3rd and Market, near Septa buses and the El (Blue line).
