About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Hospitality HQ LLC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef de Cuisine in the daily operations of the Back of House.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen staff and supervise food production and execution.
  • Ensure quality and cost control, and maintain the sanitation of all Back of House related spaces and equipment.
  • Develop and implement efficient kitchen systems and procedures.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to promote internal growth and development.
  • Assist the Chef de Cuisine during service and work collaboratively with the BOH management team.Requirements:
    • Minimum of 2 years in a sous chef or lead line cook role.
    • Qualifying Certificate in Food Protection.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours.
