Job Description:

High-energy cooks sought for fast-paced environment at Jeju Noodle Bar. Responsible for food preparation, cooking, presentation, and customer service in an upscale setting.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to customers.
• Set up and stock work areas with necessary food, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist with proper plating of dishes.
• Perform complex cooking tasks.
• Follow health and safety procedures.
• Work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Support team to reach common goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.Preferred Qualifications:
  • Culinary arts training or at least three years of professional cooking experience.
  • Experience with fine dining plate presentation.
  • Broad knowledge of food handling, preparation, and cooking.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant kitchen operations.
