Line Cook ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Lucky's Last Chance - Queen Village. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for setting up and stocking stations, preparing food for service, cooking with a deep fryer & flat top grill, following all direction from Kitchen Manager & Leads, stocking and rotating inventory appropriately, ensuring that food comes out simultaneously, at the highest quality and in a timely manner, and complying with all DOH safety and sanitary regulations.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must possess the following:-Minimum one year experience cooking in a restaurant or culinary school-Positive attitude-Willingness to work in fast pace environment-Pride in punctuality-Strong sense of urgency-Willingness to clean with all downtime-Evening and weekend availability-Dependable transportation (shifts run longer than buses & trains)-Ability to get along well with othersAbout Lucky's Last Chance - Queen VillageLucky's Last Chance - Queen Village is a respected name in the local restaurant community.
