- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with
colleagues to ensure smooth service.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to
management.
- Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new
ideas and dishes.Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume
kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings
