  • Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in fine dining, particularly in garde manger and sushi preparation.
  • Strong knife skills, a keen eye for detail, and an artistic approach to plating.
  • Knowledge of high-quality ingredients and seasonality, with a focus on freshness and presentation.
  • Ability to manage mise en place, inventory, and daily prep for cold and sushi stations.
  • Excellent team collaboration skills, with a commitment to upholding fine dining standards.
    • Responsibilities:
    • Execute all cold kitchen and sushi station operations, ensuring the quality and consistency of every dish.
    • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to develop innovative and visually appealing cold dishes and sushi offerings.
    • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and high standards.
    • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering to keep operations within budget and minimize waste.
