Job Summary: Join our team as a line cook at The Bazaar, where
you will leverage your knife skills and experience to prepare and
run a station during busy service, work with a positive kitchen
team, and continuously learn and innovate in the kitchen.
- Prep and run a station during busy service with confidence and
precision.
- Work seamlessly with the kitchen team to prepare and reproduce
menu items that exceed guest expectations.
- Embrace a culture of continuous learning and discovery,
expanding your knowledge of food and beverage.
- Understand and prepare all ingredients for each recipe and menu
item.
- Plan, set up, and run a shift with ease.
- Follow inventory control procedures to minimize product
loss.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
and guests.

- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment,

- 100% standing or walking time.
- Ability to stand and move well-paced for up to 8 hours.
- Manual dexterity to use and operate equipment.
- Confident communication with guests and employees.
- Will work some nights, holidays, and weekends.
