Job Description:
We're seeking a hardworking and dedicated Sous Chef to lead our
kitchen team in a new American restaurant with a live fire wood
burning oven. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in various
culinary techniques, have integrity, and a commitment to quality
and consistency. They will assist the Chef de Cuisine in daily
operations, train staff, and maintain kitchen standards. Key
responsibilities include developing staff, maintaining food
quality, and managing inventory. Requirements include a minimum of
2 years in a sous chef or lead line cook role, a qualifying
certificate in food protection, and open availability including
nights, weekends, and holidays.
