The Sushi Chef de Partie at Nama at Aman New York by F&B 575 is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific kitchen station.   • Manage the operations of your assigned station, ensuring a clean and well-stocked environment.
  • Assist in daily prep and complete tasks assigned by the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine.
  • Prepare and present dishes using standard recipes and fresh ingredients.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and management to ensure seamless service.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, accommodating requests and ensuring that dishes meet the company's standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve high-quality results and maintain a positive work environment.Requirements:
    • Culinary degree and/or equivalent practical experience in a Japanese fine dining restaurant.
    • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays.
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
    • Food Safety certification.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
    • Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
