About the Role:Deptford Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse Team Member, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and support to residents and their families
• Monitor patients and administer medication and treatments
• Document patient care services by charting in resident and department records
• Protect patients and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
• Resolve patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
• Assure quality of care by adhering to facility philosophies and standards of care
• Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Nursing Assistants
• Maintain patient confidence by keeping information confidentialRequirements:
  • Must have a valid New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
