Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Waterview Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare in Westchester County. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting their independence, and preserving their dignity.

Responsibilities:

--- Provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with established procedures and as directed by supervisors.
--- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming as needed.
--- Help residents with mealtime, including serving trays and assisting with feeding as indicated.
--- Monitor residents' personal care and hygiene needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
--- Assist with transportation, lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transferring residents as required.
--- Respond promptly to resident calls and report any changes in their condition to supervisors.
--- Measure and record vital signs, such as temperatures, pulse, and blood pressures, as instructed.

Requirements:

--- Current CNA certification in New York State.
--- Ability to provide compassionate and dedicated care to residents.
--- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
--- Willingness to work harmoniously with all staff members.
