• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and prevent disability.
• Provide physical therapy treatment consistent with patients' needs assessments.
• Communicate patient progress and physical limitations to supervisors, physicians, and other team members.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and students as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices.Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
  • Possess strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to synthesize data.
  • Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications
    • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
    • Experience working in a physical therapy setting.Physical DemandsThis position requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting of patients. The ability to kneel, bend, and perform CPR is also required.
