• Develop global Product and Portfolio strategy & roadmap for assigned portfolio in alignment with Industrials (AMI) Strategy.
• Steer towards a focused, profitable, and sustainable portfolio.
• Ensure competitive portfolio from technology, application and market segment perspective incl. link to Innovation Strategy/ADP pipeline.
• Initiate & lead implementation of key strategic initiatives e.g., product localization, transfer with regional Product Managers for assigned portfolio.
• Oversee supply risk mitigation and product cost management activities.
