Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Chief Development Officer
responsible for driving revenue growth and transforming fundraising
strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a global fundraising strategy aligned with
organizational objectives
Maintain and grow a personal portfolio of principal gift donors to
secure multi-million-dollar gifts
Build and manage a high-performing global fundraising team while
collaborating with program teams across 37 countries
Required Qualifications
15+ years of leadership experience in development, preferably
within global nonprofits or healthcare organizations
Experience securing foundation and institutional funding on a
global scale
Proven track record in managing principal gift portfolios and
large-scale fundraising campaigns
Strong financial acumen with experience in aligning fundraising
strategies with financial goals
Master's degree in a relevant field is required
