ABOUT THE ROLE Peloton is looking for an innovative Sr. Manager,
Global Internal Communicationsto join Peloton's Global Internal
Communications team. Based in New York and reporting to the Senior
Director, Global Internal Communications, you will help us grow,
build, and drive internal communications across our company. This
role is crucial in fostering a strong culture of collaboration,
inclusion, and connectivity by engaging, informing and inspiring
our global community of employees. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Direct and support a comprehensive approach to internal
communications spread across our global footprint, setting the
strategic direction in close collaboration with the executive
team
- Lean into purpose-driven storytelling for existing and new
internal communications channels that draw from our global teams
and projects
- Produce agenda, content, and coordination of speakers for
internal events, including Peloton company-wide All Hands
- Act as a trusted resource and develop strong relationships with
colleagues at all levels. Build consensus across cross-functional
teams and influence decision making with senior-level audiences to
achieve business objectives
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication
strategies and platforms
- Prepare regular reports on communication metrics and present
findings to senior leadership
- Oversee the management and optimization of internal
communication platforms (e.g.,intranet, email newsletters, internal
social media) to ensure employees remain informed
- Create a seamless flow of information from top-down and
bottom-up that results in team members receiving important
information from leadership (change management, company objectives,
values) and leadership understanding the needs of employees
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to build out our
employer and internal branding strategy to position Peloton as a
Best in Class employer that attracts a diverse pool of job
seekers
- Provide support to leadership in managing sensitive internal
communications during critical situations
- Maintain, make improvements and/or scale our internal
communication channels and platforms, including Slack, intranet,
and newsletters, to ensure employees stay informed
- Work with the Corporate Communications, People, and Workplace
Experience teams to develop communication strategies that drive
engagement and enhance employee experience
- Collaborate with the DEI team and Employee Resource Groups
(ERGs) to further promote DEI initiatives and programming, ensuring
that the messaging fosters understanding and engagement across the
organizationYOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 6+ years of communications experience, which must include
exposure to global internal communications
- Experience working directly with senior executives, e.g., Vice
Presidents and above
- Experience developing and executing internal communications
campaigns and employee events
- Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills are
essential as well as an eye for detail, design, and internal
marketing/branding
- Exceptional design and branding acumen and experience with
content management systems or intranets
- Strong project management with a strong sense of ownership and
accountability
- Experienced at designing presentations, videos, and creative
collateral
- Able to work independently, exercise good judgment, adapt
quickly, and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Able to work effectively across multiple functions to develop,
manage, and drive internal communications narratives
- Able to organize and structure complex amounts of

low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position
based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary
offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including
individual performance, business objectives, and if the location
for the job changes. Our base salary is just one component of
