A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Developer Productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Prioritize and conceive projects that deliver significant impact to the organization
Ensure engineering teams have the necessary capabilities for reliable production deployment
Own the end-to-end experience of developer tools, addressing pain points and improving workflows

Required Qualifications

3+ years of people management experience
Hands-on experience building language tools for developers
Experience in successfully recruiting and building effective teams
Ability to thrive with high autonomy and responsibility
Experience managing teams that operate critical infrastructure
