Job Description:
Descriptionmonday.com is scaling its business and is looking for
a Director, Regional Marketing to lead its regional marketing
efforts in North America. As part of our growing team, this role
will have a pivotal impact on the region's marketing and
go-to-market strategies, and will be in charge of building and
executing the marketing plan in alignment with revenue
targets.Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week
in our NYC office.About The RoleProactively own and implement the
region-specific marketing plan for customer acquisition and
expansionAll about the customer: focused on understanding what
really creates value for the customer and aligning the business to
deliver accordinglyCollaborate effectively with the global
Marketing, Sales and Partner teams to deliver your goalsWork
closely with regional sales to develop and deliver account-based
marketing plans in full alignment between sales and marketingApply
multi channel marketing best practices to generate and accelerate
sales pipelineDelivering against KPIs for pipeline growth,
marketing-sourced revenue, and lead generationUtilize data and
analytics to measure the effectiveness of the regions marketing
campaigns and iterate on strategies based on performancePlan and
execute both in-person and virtual events, hosted and
sponsoredAdvocate the monday.com brand in the region, internally
and externallyRequirements9+ years of experience in B2B SaaS
marketingLeading regional marketing is an advantageStrong knowledge
of B2B marketing tactics and best practicesTrack record of success
delivering pipeline and revenue outcomesPrior experience with
planning and organizing regional marketing eventsSelf-starter with
the ability to leverage data and industry insights to make
strategic decisionsOutstanding communication and collaboration
skills, and a creative thinkerExperience with Salesforce.com,
HubSpot and other marketing technologies for reporting and campaign
executionStrong customer-facing and presentation skills with the

New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $170,000 -
$230,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and
applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes
opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or
equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's
policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be
commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience.
Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York
City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional
