connectivity is a rapidly evolving and hyper competitive space. The
Internet Product Management team aims to consistently innovate and
enhance Comcast's internet connectivity products, fostering a
positive customer experience and driving business growth. This Sr.
Analyst role will help create, launch, and manage internet products
and will have great exposure and visibility as this is core to our
company's overall objectives. This individual will think
strategically and have a direct impact on shaping the company's
internet product roadmap. The primary scope of responsibility is
supporting the full product lifecycle of new connectivity products
from strategy through go-to-market launch and beyond. This
individual will work cross-functionally to develop winning customer
propositions and then help partner with stakeholders to bring these
innovative products to life. Among other duties, this individual
will help conduct customer research, strategic business cases,
competitive analysis, technology assessments, pricing & packaging
evaluations, operational plans and more. Excellent opportunity for

product innovations.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities
- Support development of initial strategy and business cases to
prioritize product initiatives
- Oversee customer research and competitive analysis to obtain
product insights; translate them into actionable recommendations,
ultimately aligning product decisions with overarching business
goals and objectives
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine the
product go-to-market strategy utilizing excellent strong analytical
skills
- Support the defining of customer value propositions by
synthesizing customer needs and pain points with internal
capabilities
- Assess technical and operational feasibility, support
decision-making for setting business requirements for our key
stakeholders and development partners
- Ensure product performance and management optimizes for
customer and business objectives
- Foster relationships and serve as a subject matter expert to
cross-functional partners across Technology, Customer Experience,
Strategy, Go-to-Market, Marketing, Sales, and others
- Work with product leaders to drive progress in the face of
ambiguity or uncertainty
- Be curious, seek out new knowledge, embracing growth and
improvement
- Consistent exercising of independent judgment and discretion in
matters of significance
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to
work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
- Excellent team-work and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic thinker with analytical skills
- Customer-obsession; prior roles with a focus on creating,

- Quick learner, comfortable with nascent technologies and
emerging strategies
- Fluent in MS Office including Word, Excel and strong
