Job Description:
The Hired Guns are seeking a senior-level digital product
manager with a track record in patient care and healthcare
solutions to join a prestigious healthcare organization as their
new Assistant Product Director, Patient Engagement, where you'll
build and optimize digital products focused on enhancing the
patient experience-think telehealth, SMS programs, and high-touch
digital experiences that delight. This role requires you to spend
just two days per month onsite; the rest of the time it's
remote!Salary range: $150,000 to $175,000 per yearKey

need to hire you!As Assistant Product Director, Patient Engagement,
you will spearhead the build and optimization of all digital
engagement products, with a specific focus on this healthcare
system's patients. You'll be responsible for builds within vendor
content management systems, business analysis, product roadmaps,
and digital performance analysis. Plus, you'll partner with
agencies, vendors, and internal product teams to deliver digital
solutions that help support patient engagement and meet business
goals.Why You?How you'll know if you're a fit---The ideal candidate
has 7+ years of experience in healthcare product management and
digital content production for consumer/patient-facing and
clinical/provider-facing products (leading SMS programs,
scheduling, telehealth, image uploads, etc.). You must have
experience spearheading multi-functional teams and high-priority
projects in a highly complex and matrixed environment. You must
have proven success in delivering experiences using agile
development, especially scaled agile and lean techniques and
methodologies. It goes without saying that you have an expert
understanding of digital product management and digital production.
You must have a background working with third-party vendors. You're
a self-starter who takes initiative and can see around corners.The
