Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Operations to lead
a team of customer success specialists in providing excellent
service to production customers.
Key Responsibilities
Direct the Customer Operations team to resolve issues and requests
promptly
Develop metrics and performance indicators to measure team
success
Manage staffing, training, and career development of team
members
Required Qualifications
10+ years in Service Delivery with 5+ years in a leadership
role
Experience with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes
Demonstrated history of data-enabled decision making
Ability to establish and measure Service Level Agreements
(SLAs)
Proven track record in customer success and relationship
building
