Supervision Received: Contract Labor Administrative & Shared
Services Manager - team member will be located in a different
geographic location and must be able to work independently, without
direct supervision.
Customer Focus:
?Assist with filling subcontractor labor needs, across numerous
cities and states, within the US.
Interpersonal Skills:
?The ability to interact with subcontractors and team members
?Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance
multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.
?Good organizational and interpersonal are required. Attention to
detail and mental concentration are necessary for accurately
performing tasks and tolerating frequent interruptions.
?A demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working
relationships with diverse groups of people.
?In addition, strong interpersonal communication skills, written
and spoken, are a must.
Minimum Preference Experience/Education:
-Prior recruitment search experience, 2 - 4 years administrative,
sales, phone communication experience required.
-Bachelor?s Preferred
Responsibilities:
Job Purpose: Subcontract Labor Recruitment targeting contractors
within the construction industry - Identify, recruit, and on board
new subcontractor to fulfill needs for Field Offices. The
Subcontractor Recruiting Representative will work with the Contract
Labor Administrative & Shares Services team, reporting to the
Contract Management Manager to:
? Review district-level subcontractor needs, as identified by the
Commodity Managers.
? Utilizing several tools, including Contractor needs &
requirements documentation, internet search tools, lists of
existing/former subcontractors, trade associations, individual
State Licensing organizations, etc., the SRR will contact
appropriate suppliers in each market to identify interest. ? The
SRR will be provided a script of pertinent questions to qualify the
interest, explain the Tyco process and needs, advise of some key
terms & conditions in order to ensure there is qualified
interest.
? The SRR will gather necessary contact information as well as
information regarding skill sets, product certifications, etc.
? The SRR will hand-off qualified subs to the Commodity Manager to
further engage the sub and make the determination if we will pursue
a relationship.
? For all subcontractors identified by the Commodity Manager, the
SRR will work with the sub to gather the necessary onboarding
information and will forward such to the team responsible for
preparing/sending contract documents and other program requirements
(licensing, insurance, etc.).
? The SRR will perform follow-up communication with those subs who
have been sent onboarding packages to identify questions/concerns,
encourage rapid completion and return of needed materials, etc.
? The SRR will provide communication/updates to Commodity Manager
and field organization.
? Results will be measured according to the number of qualified
subcontractors submitted for on boarding and the number of
subcontractors that are finally on boarded
